Course certificate

When you participate in a course at Zolw AS, you will receive a course certificate. The course certificate provides a brief description of the course and can be used as proof/documentation if you need it.

Meals and allergies

​

If you have a food allergy or similar, let us know and we will adapt as best we can.

​

Travel and accommodation

​

If you need airline tickets and/or accommodation in connection with our courses, you are responsible for this. If airline tickets/hotels have been booked/paid for, Zolw AS will not cover this in the event of a cancellation/cancellation of the course.

Invoice and payment
 

All our courses are automatically invoiced upon registration and are paid in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

Registration rules

​

• Registration can be done up to 14 days before the start of the course

• Paid places can be freely used by others in the same company

• Registration is binding and any cancellation must be done in writing

• We reserve the right to make changes to the program due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. illness, etc.

 

The following applies to cancellation

• If you cancel later than 14 days before the course, 50% of the course price will be charged

• If you cancel later than 7 days before the course, the full course price will be charged

• You can participate in another future course under Zolw, if you give written notice more than 7 days before the course is held
